核电厂核安全相关混凝土结构可靠度校准

[摘要]对压水堆核电厂核安全相关混凝土结构的荷载和抗力进行了分析,利用一次二阶矩方法计算了正常运行和事故工况下核安全相关混凝土结构轴拉、轴压、受弯、受剪及大偏心受压构件的可靠指标。综合考虑国内外不同结构设计规范的目标可靠指标,提出了核安全相关混凝土结构在正常运行和事故工况下的目标可靠指标。研究表明,核安全相关混凝土结构正常运行工况的可靠指标为4-0~5-0;异常工况下的有条件可靠指标为3-0~4-0,无条件可靠指标为4-0~5-0。建议核安全相关混凝土结构正常运行工况的目标可靠指标为4-7;异常工况的有条件目标可靠指标为3-7。

Reliability calibration of nuclear safety related concrete structures in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant

Abstract:The load and resistance of nuclear safety related concrete structures in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant were analyzed, and the reliability index of nuclear safety related concrete members subjected to axial tension, axial compression, bending, shear and large eccentric compression under normal operation and accident conditions were calibrated using First\|order Second Moment(FOSM) method. After comparison with the target reliability indexes in different design specifications for civil structure at home and abroad, the target reliability indexes of nuclear safety related concrete structures in normal operation and accident case were proposed. It is indicated that the target reliability indexes of nuclear safety related concrete structures are in the range of 4-0~5-0  for the normal operation case, 3-0~4-0  for accident case conditioned and 4-0~5-0  for unconditioned. The target reliability index of 4-7 for normal operation case and 3-7 for accident case are recommended for nuclear safety related concrete structures design.
