基于区间函数的薄壁圆钢管再生混凝土柱的敏感因素分析*

[摘要]采用正交试验和区间分析法,对薄壁圆钢管再生混凝土长柱和短柱受力性能的敏感影响因素进行研究,通过变化取代率、混凝土强度等级、长细比和含钢率等参数,对柱的荷载-应变、荷载-位移等关系曲线进行了分析。分析结果表明:在试验长细比范围内,长柱的失稳破坏特征明显。长柱承载力影响因素的敏感程度依次为长细比、含钢率和取代率,长细比为50、取代率为40%、含钢率为11%时,长柱承载力最大,但当长细比为55、取代率为60%、含钢率为11%时,承载力只降低了5-2%。考虑到造价和再生混凝土的综合利用,建议实际工程中保证承载力的前提下,长细比可增加到55,取代率可增加到60%。短柱的破坏均为强度破坏,且混凝土强度等级越低、含钢率越小、取代率越大,破坏特征越显著。短柱承载力影响因素的敏感程度依次为含钢率、混凝土强度等级和取代率,试验中混凝土强度等级C40、取代率30%、含钢率7-7%为优化组合,在实际工程中建议含钢率不低于7-7%的前提下,取代率可增加到35%。

Analysis of sensitive factors of recycled concrete filled thin-walled circular steel tube columns based on interval function

Abstract:The orthogonal test and interval analysis method were used to study sensitive influence factors on the performance of recycled concrete filled thin-walled circular steel tube long columns and short columns. By changing the block substitution rate, strength of concrete, slenderness ratio and steel ratio, the load-strain curve and load-displacement curve of columns were analyzed. The results show that the instability and failure characteristics of the long column are obvious in the range of the test slenderness ratio. The slenderness ratio is the most sensitive factor to affect the bearing capacity of long composite columns, the next is the steel ratio and the last is the block substitution rate. When the slenderness ratio is 50, the block substitution rate is 40%, and the steel ratio is 11%, the bearing capacity of long composite columns is maximum. When the slenderness ratio is 55, the block substitution rate is 60%, and the steel ratio is 11%, the bearing capacity decreased by 5-2%.Considering the cost and the comprehensive utilization of recycled concrete, it is recommended that the slenderness ratio can be increased to 55 and the block substitution rate to 60% under the premise of ensuring the bearing capacity. The failure of short columns is strength failure and the failure is more significant when the strength of concrete is lower, the steel ratio is smaller and the block substitution rate is larger. The steel ratio is the most sensitive factor to affect the bearing capacity of short  columns, the next is the strength of concrete, and the last is the block substitution rate.  In the test, the recommended combination is that strength of concrete is C40, the block substitution is 30% and the steel ratio is 7-7%. The block substitution rate can be increased to 35% when the steel ratio is not less than 7-7%.
