考虑地基刚度的某超高层结构施工仿真分析*

摘 要

[摘要]贵阳街花果园N12区的某超高层结构总高度313-4m,位于溶岩地区,核心筒下采用筏板基础,柱下采用条形基础。针对是否考虑施工模拟以及施工模拟中是否考虑弹簧支座等多种因素,对此超高层结构的施工全过程进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明:施工模拟下结构构件竖向位移均表现为先增大后减小,与传统一次性加载下竖向位移的表现不同;同时,考虑弹簧支座会对超高层结构竖向构件的位移和内力产生一定影响,考虑弹簧支座后该超高层结构竖向构件的最大位移和最大轴力都有所增加,梁端弯矩也明显增大。因此若实际工程设计中不考虑施工模拟以及施工模拟中不考虑弹簧支座将偏于不安全。

Simulation analysis of construction process of super high-rise structure considering the foundation stiffness

Abstract:The super high-rise building of Huaguo Yuan N12 Project in Guiyang has a total height of 313-4m. It locates in the karst region. The raft foundation was used under the core tube and the strip foundation was used under the frame columns. The whole construction process of this super high-rise building was stimulated, concerning about whether the construction process was considered and whether the spring supports were considered in construction simulation. The results show that the vertical displacement of structural members increases first then decreases, which is different from that under the traditional one-time loading. Meanwhile, considering spring supports produces a certain influence on the vertical members of this super high-rise building with the increase of the maximum deformation and the maximum axial force. The bending moment within the end of beam increases obviously. It will be unreliable if not considering construction process or spring supports in simulation.
