[摘要]该项目为复杂多塔连体超限高层建筑,结构中存在多塔、楼板不连续、连体及局部穿层柱等不规则类型。针对工程特点,探讨了结构体系及布置、结构超限等方面情况。结合超限情况,给出了不同的超限处理措施。同时给出多遇地震作用下反应谱、弹性时程及罕遇地震作用下静力弹塑性等相关分析结果,结果表明结构各项指标均比较理想,整体设计满足设定的性能目标要求。

Strucutral design of a complex overrun high-rise building with multi-towers and connecting bodies

Abstract:The project is a complex overrun high-rise building with multi-tower and connecting bodies. The building includes irrerular structures such as multi towers, discontinuous floors, connecting bodies and local skip-floor columns. According to the engineering characteristics, the structural system and structural ultra limit measures were discussed. The results of response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquake and push-over analysis under rare earthquake were provided. It shows that the structural performance is relatively good and the overall design meets the set performance requirements.
