成都南站枢纽城市综合体连体喇叭花钢结构设计与分析

[摘要]针对成都南站枢纽城市综合体连体喇叭花状雨棚的建筑特点,提出了采用组合钢柱(群柱)及单层刚架网格结构实现其建筑形态的方法。采用SAP2000软件对结构进行了静力和稳定性分析,提出了计算长度系数取值方法。分析结果表明,悬挑部分最先失稳破坏;恒载和温度起控制作用。各喇叭花交汇相连后整体抗侧刚度大幅提高。箱形径向主梁与环向圆钢管的刚接是结构体系实现的关键,提出了钢结构关键节点的实现方法。最后介绍了无胎架钢拉索施工和点式胎架相结合的施工工艺,结合轴坐标法测量技术顺利实现了钢结构的安装。

Design and analysis of trumpet-like connected steel structure of Chengdu South Station Hub City Complex

Abstract:For the architectural characteristics of the trumpet-like connected canopy of  Chengdu South Station Hub City Complex, a method of  using the combined steel columns (group column) and single-layer rigid frame grid structure  was proposed for realizing the architectural form. The static and stability analyses of the structure were carried out by using SAP2000 software, and the method of calculating the length coefficient was proposed. Analysis results show that, the cantilevering part firstly suffers from the buckling failure, and the dead load and temperature play a controlling role. After the trumpet-like structures were connected, the overall lateral stiffness was greatly improved. The rigid connection between the box-shaped radial main beam and the circumferential circular steel tube was the key to the realization of the structural system, and the realization method of the key nodes of the steel structure was proposed. Finally, the construction technologies of the combination of the no-frame steel cable construction and the point-type frame were introduced, and the installation of the steel structure was successfully realized according to the axis coordinate measuring method.
