枣庄体育场索桁屋盖结构设计关键技术研究

[摘要]枣庄体育场屋盖体系通过径向索连接承受拉力的内环索和受压的外环梁,从而形成整体自平衡体系。首先利用ABAQUS软件的几何非线性算法对屋盖结构进行找形分析,通过增加内环斜拉索的办法实现内环较大马鞍形高差。设计了自锁式索夹节点以抵抗节点不平衡力,利用风荷载组合工况对屋盖索进行优化,编制优化程序,对内环索夹节点进行有限元优化分析,对屋盖结构进行双非线性极限承载力分析。结果表明,结构稳定性满足要求。研究成果对全张拉场馆结构设计具有重要参考价值。

Research on key structural design technologies of the cable-truss roof system in Zaozhuang Stadium

Abstract:The roof system of Zaozhuang Stadium is a cable-truss roof system. The cables in the radial direction connect the inner ring cables with outer ring beams to build a self-balanced system. Firstly, the geometric nonlinear algorithm was employed to find the shape of the roof using the software ABAQUS. The saddle with larger height difference was achieved in the inner ring cables by increasing the inner stayed cables. The self-locked clamp was designed to resist the unbalanced force in the joint, and the joint was analyzed by finite element method. Moreover, a program was developed to optimize the inner ring cable clamp and the design of the cable considering the wind load condition. Ultimate bearing capacity of the roof system was analyzed considering double non-linearity. The results indicate that the structure satisfies the requirement of stability. Conclusively, the research provides good reference for the structural design of cabled stadium.
