[摘要]安阳市进口汽车平行销售7S项目的大跨屋盖采用主次桁架正交的钢结构体系,主桁架采用空间三角形桁架,沿短向布置,主桁架平面外采用平面次桁架以保证主桁架的稳定性。屋盖支承于箱形截面钢柱,采用MIDAS/Gen对结构进行整体分析。考虑局部复杂节点受力较大,采用MIDAS/FEA有限元软件对复杂节点进行专项分析,并基于分析结果,对薄弱部位采取加强措施。通过合理的结构设计,保障了屋盖安全。

Structural design and analysis of the affiliated roof of a 7S exhibition hall of automobiles

Abstract:The large-span roof of Anyang 7S sales center of imported automobiles mainly adopts steel structural system of the orthogonal main truss and secondary truss. The main truss is space triangular truss arranged along the short direction and the plane secondary truss is used outside the plane of the main truss to ensure the stability of the main truss. The roof is supported by a box-section steel column. The whole structure was analyzed by MIDAS/Gen software. Considering the large stress of some complex joints, MIDAS/FEA software was used to analyze the mechanical behaviors of the complex joints. Based on the results, strengthen measures were used in the weak parts. The safety of the roof is guaranteed by reasonable structural design.
