某室内主题乐园大跨屋盖钢结构分析与设计

[摘要]某室内主题乐园为大型室内游乐场,屋盖设有高空轨道观览车。本工程采用倒三角形立体钢桁架与钢筋混凝土框架的混合结构形式,其中屋盖结构长242-4m,宽55-2~126-3m,主桁架最大跨度85-5m,局部弦杆采用高强度钢材Q460GJD。主要介绍了屋盖结构体系、分析设计条件、分析设计结果、支座节点分析与设计、屋盖轨道结构分析与设计等。采用MIDAS/Gen软件对整体结构及支座节点进行了计算分析,分析结果表明:各项设计指标均满足规范要求,选用的结构体系及节点做法简洁美观、便于现场施工。

Steel structural analysis and design of large-span roof of an indoor theme park

Abstract:An indoor theme park is a large amusement park which installs high altitude track viewing vehicle. It adopts mixed structural form of inverted triangular spatial steel truss and reinforced concrete frame. The roof structure is 242-4m long and 55-2~126-3m wide. The maximum span of the main truss is 85-5m. High strength steel Q460GJD is used in some chords. The roof structural system, analysis and design conditions, analysis and  design results, analysis and design of supporting joint and roof track structure were mainly introduced. Software MIDAS/Gen was used to calculate and analyze the overall structure and supporting joint. The results show that all design indexes meet the codes  requirements. The selected structural system and joints design are simple, beautiful and convenient for construction.
