双重环箍在一柱一桩局部承压中的应用研究

[摘要]圆钢管混凝土柱在超高层建筑中的应用越来越多,当采用铰接型柱脚设计时,柱底承台局部受压问题不容忽视。为解决超高层建筑采用圆钢管混凝土柱一柱一桩设计时无法施工承台螺旋箍筋的问题,提出了新的双重环箍构造形式,结合实际工程分析了一柱一桩构造下承台在轴力作用下的受力特点,验证了双重环箍构造的可行性,并对其构造形式做了优化分析。通过对8个ABAQUS有限元模型的分析,结果表明:一柱一桩设计中承台的局部受压承载力已不能直接利用《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)中的公式进行验算,双重环箍构造形式能够满足承台局部受压承载力设计要求,且比单层螺旋箍筋构造具有更好的延性、更高的承载力,施工也更简单。

Application research on local compression capacity of the concrete member with double layer hoop in the design of one column with one pile

Abstract:The application of concrete-filled circular steel tube columns in super high-rise buildings is being popular, and the problem of local compression of this column cannot be ignored when using the hinged column foot. A new structural form of double layer hoop was presented  to solve the problem that spiral stirrups are unable to be constructed in the super high-rise buildings when using the design of one column with one pile. Based on the actual project, the mechanic properties of pile cap in the design of one column with one pile under axial compression were analyzed. The feasibility of the structural form of double layer hoop was verified and a preliminary optimization analysis has been made. The results of finite element analysis about 8 ABAQUS models shows that the local compressive bearing capacity of the caps in one column with one pile cannot be directly verified using the formula in the Code for design of concrete structures(GB 50010—2010).  The form of double layer hoop can meet the requirements of the design calculation. Analysis shows that the structural form of double layer hoop has better tensility performance, higher bearing capacity and more construction convenience than the spiral stirrups of single layer.
