宁波东部新城某主塔楼超限结构设计

[摘要]宁波东部新城C3-4#地块主塔楼的建筑高度为448-2m,结构高度约420-3m,采用带伸臂桁架的框架-核心筒结构体系。主塔楼为鼓形建筑,为满足建筑造型和建筑功能的要求,全部楼层的外框柱均采用斜柱,52~54层的核心筒通过设置4片斜墙实现收进,所有3道伸臂桁架以外包混凝土内墙的形式穿过核心筒,部份外框柱进行高位转换,转角位置设置了折形环桁架和外框梁。简述了主塔楼结构体系、主要性能指标、关键部位和基础的设计情况。基于主塔楼的独特布置和结构构件受力特点,设定合理的抗震性能目标,进行全面而详实的计算和分析,采取了针对性的加强措施,保证结构安全、可靠和耐久性。

Structural design of a main tower in Ningbo Eastern New Town

Abstract:Located in Ningbo Eastern New Town C3-4# Land, the main tower is about 448-2m tall and the main roof is on the level of 420-3m. The main tower adopts the structural system of frame-corewall with three outriggers. With the shape of a drum, the super high-rise building utilized many bold structural layouts to meet the requirements of architectural shape and function. All the outer frame columns are inclined and 4 slices of inclined walls are used to downscale the core of the 52nd to 54th stories. All three outriggers pass through the core with the steel plates pasted on both sides of the inner walls. Some steel columns are seated on the transfer trusses, curved ring trusses and steel beams are used as key members of the frame. It is described that the structural system, main performance index and the design of key members, joints and foundation of the tower. Based on the unique structural layouts and mechanical characteristics of the members, reasonable seismic performance targets were proposed. Detailed calculation, analysis and the corresponding strengthening measures were conducted to ensure the safety, reliability and durability of the building.
