高层建筑抗风设计中存在的问题与对策探析

[摘要]风荷载与风致加速度响应越来越成为高层建筑主体结构与围护结构设计的主要控制性指标。工程技术人员能否选择适合具体项目的风洞试验单位,是否具备审核风洞试验方法与试验结果的能力越来越影响高层建筑抗风设计的安全性与经济性。首先指出了规范GB 50009—2012在实际工程应用中存在的不足,主要包括远场地貌类别、阵风风速剖面、风速风向折减因子、围护结构极值负压与气动阻尼比等参数,然后基于实际项目案例给出风洞试验过程中出现的一些问题,例如测试技术与分析参数的选取、设备故障判断与第三方独立试验,最后针对性的给出相关建议,可为相关技术人员进行风洞试验管理与报告结果校核提供参考。

Analysis of problems and countermeasures in wind-resistant design of high-rise buildings

Abstract:Wind load and wind-induced acceleration are the main control indicators for the main structure design and envelope design of high-rise buildings. Whether the engineering technicians can choose the wind tunnel labs suitably for specific projects and whether they have the ability to check the method of wind tunnel test and test results increasingly affects the safety and economy of the wind resistant design of high-rise buildings. Firstly the shortcomings of the load code GB 50009—2012 in practical engineering application were pointed out, mainly including the far field terrain roughness analysis, the gust wind velocity profile, the wind speed-direction reduction factor, the extreme negative pressure and the aerodynamic damping ratio. Then some problems during the wind tunnel test based on the actual projects were given,  including the selection of test methods and analysis parameters, equipment faults judgment and third party independent wind tunnel test. Finally practical and effective suggestions were given to avoid the above problems. It can provide reference for the related technicians to check the wind tunnel test management and the report results.
