不同工作原理回弹仪的回弹值转换公式及高强混凝土测强曲线研究

[摘要]分析了新型Q值回弹仪与普通R值回弹仪工作原理的区别及其各自的检测精度;给出了Q值回弹仪与R值回弹仪水平向检测混凝土浇筑侧面及竖直向上检测混凝土浇筑底面2种工况下回弹值间的转换公式,并将转换公式与国内、外相关研究成果进行比较;采用最小二乘法对高强混凝土标准立方体试件的试验数据进行回归拟合,建立了Q值回弹仪检测高强混凝土测强曲线公式,并将该公式的测强曲线与文献中现有测强曲线进行比较。研究结果可供结构混凝土强度质量检测与控制参考。

Study on rebound value conversion formula of resiliometer based on different working principles and  high strength concrete strength test curve

Abstract:The difference between the working principle of the new Q value resiliometer and the general R value resiliometer and their respective detection precision were analyzed. The conversion formulas of rebound values between the two working conditions of concrete pouring lateral side in the horizontal direction and the concrete pouring bottom side in the vertical direction were given for the Q value resiliometer and the R value resiliometer. The conversion formulas were also compared with the relevant research results at home and abroad. The test data of high strength concrete standard cube specimen were regressed by the least square method, and the formula of strength measuring curve of high strength concrete was established for Q value resiliometer, and the strength measuring curve of the formula was compared with the existing strength measuring curve in the literature. The research results can be used for reference for strength quality inspection and control of structural concrete.
