兰州万达广场1号住宅楼超限高层结构抗震设计

[摘要]兰州万达广场1号住宅楼为8度区超B级高度的剪力墙结构高层住宅,主体结构存在大高宽比,且有多项结构一般不规则项,对大高宽比的剪力墙结构的设计思路进行重点介绍。对南侧纵墙大开洞的不利特点进行针对性的分析,并采取相应设计对策,结合建筑功能、重要性设定适宜的抗震设计性能目标,针对各超限项采取合理有效的设计加强措施,采用YJK,SATWE和MIDAS/Building等分析软件,分别对结构进行不同水准地震作用下的详细计算分析,结果表明结构各项指标满足规范对于抗震设计三水准的要求,主体结构满足抗震性能目标D级的要求。

Seismic design on an out-of-code high-rise structure of No.1 Building of Wanda Plaza in Lanzhou

Abstract: No.1 Building of Wanda Plaza in Lanzhou is a high-rise residential building with a shear wall structure with super B-level in the 8th seismic intensity degree zone. The main structure has a large aspect ratio, and there are a number of general irregularities in the structure. The design ideas of the shear wall structure with a high aspect ratio were emphatically introduced. The unfavorable characteristics of the large opening on the south side of the vertical wall were analyzed in a targeted manner, and corresponding design measures were taken. Appropriate seismic design performance goals were set in light of the building function and importance, and reasonable and effective design enhancement measures were taken for each out-of-code item. Using YJK, SATWE and MIDAS/Building analysis softwares, detailed calculation and analysis were performed under different levels of seismic actions. The results show that structural indicators can meet the requirements of the three-level standard for seismic design, and the main structure can meet the requirements of seismic performance target D level.
