成都东方荟B塔结构设计

[摘要]成都东方荟B塔结构主体高度222-95m,属超B级高度建筑,采用混凝土框架-筒体结构体系,大小两塔在32层连为一体,塔楼典型平面为L形,存在5项一般不规则项及2项特别不规则项,属于严重不规则建筑。本项目进行了整体结构弹性计算、弹性时程分析和性能目标验算,对关键节点进行了有限元分析,同时采用ABAQUS软件进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析确保本结构安全可行。

Structural design of B Tower of Chengdu Oriental Plaza

Abstract:The main structure of B Tower of Chengdu Oriental Plaza was a super B high-rise building with height of 222-95m. Concrete frame-tube structural system was adopted in this building with larger tower and small tower connected at 32nd floor. The tower had a typical L-type plane. And it was a seriously irregular building with 5 general irregularities and 2 serious irregularities. Several analyses included overall elastic analysis, elastic time-history analysis and performance target check were carried out during the design process. Some key structural nodes were also calculated by FEA.And elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes was also performed by ABAQUS software to make the structure safe and feasible.
