郫县体育中心屋盖铝合金单层网壳结构设计

[摘要]郫县体育中心屋盖采用了铝合金单层网壳结构。主要介绍了该工程屋盖的结构选型,通过有限元软件对铝合金单层网壳结构进行了静力和整体稳定性分析,并且将网壳与下部混凝土结构组装,分析了下部结构对网壳受力的影响;同时通过实体有限元模型对节点设计承载力和刚度进行了分析。计算表明,铝合金单层网壳结构主要由整体稳定性控制,节点强度及刚度均满足要求,分析结果可为同类结构设计提供参考。

Structural design on aluminum alloy single-layer latticed shell of roof for  sports center in Pi County

Abstract:The roof of sports center in Pi County adopts aluminum alloy single-layer latticed shell structure. The structural selection of the roof was mainly introduced. The static and integral stability analysis of the aluminum alloy single-layer latticed shell was carried out by the finite element software, and the latticed shell and the lower concrete structure were assembled to analyze the influence of the substructure on the mechanism of the latticed shell. At the same time, the bearing capacity and stiffness of the joints were analyzed by solid finite element model. The calculation shows that the aluminum alloy single-layer latticed shell structure is mainly controlled by the overall stability, and the strength and stiffness of the joint can meet the requirements. The analysis results can provide reference for the design of the same kind of structure.
