南京牛首山文化旅游区佛顶宫小穹顶大跨空间单层铝合金网壳结构设计

[摘要]南京牛首山文化旅游区佛顶宫小穹顶下部主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架,屋盖采用大跨空间单层铝合金网壳结构,屋盖形状为椭球体。应建筑功能要求,屋盖划分为相互独立的内外层网壳结构体系,内外层网壳分别采用铰接支座支承于下部钢筋混凝土环梁上。重点阐述小穹顶外层网壳的设计,采用ANSYS有限元软件对单层铝合金网壳结构以及整体结构计算分析,并采用ABAQUS有限元软件分析铝合金标准节点受力。计算结果均满足要求,分析结果可为单层铝合金网壳结构的设计提供借鉴。

Structural design on long-span space single-layer aluminum shell of the roof of Fo Ding Palace small dome in Nanjing Niushoushan Culture and Tourism Zone

Abstract:The lower structure of Fo Ding Palace small dome in Nanjing Niushoushan Culture and Tourism Zone is reinforced concrete frame, the roof is long-span space single-layer aluminum shell structure, the roof shape is an ellipsoid. The roof is divided into independent inner and outer shell structures according to building requirements, inner and outer shell are  supported on the lower reinforced concrete ring beams by means of articulated supports, respectively. The design of the outer shell of the small dome was focused, the finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the single-layer aluminum shell  structure and the whole structure, and the finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the aluminum standard node。 The calculation results meet the requirements, which provides a reference for the design of single-layer aluminum shell structure.
