南京牛首山文化旅游区佛顶宫大穹顶大跨空间自由曲面铝合金网壳结构设计

[摘要]南京牛首山文化旅游区佛顶宫大穹顶屋盖部分因其多曲不规则的建筑造型,采用了大跨空间铝合金网壳结构体系,并采用钢结构树状柱作为整个穹顶的主要支承部分。根据当地的地理条件对各项设计基本参数进行取值,并结合风洞试验,对风荷载的取值加以修正。采用ANSYS软件进行结构整体设计分析,同时进行结构稳定性分析,采用铝合金结构设计构件校核软件进行构件的截面设计。分析结果表明,结构具有可靠安全的受力性能。

Structural design on large-span space freedom surface aluminum shell of the roof of Fo Ding Palace large dome in Nanjing Niushoushan Culture and Tourism Zone

Abstract:The large-span space aluminum shell structure was used in the roof of Fo Ding Palace large dome in Nanjing Niushoushan Culture and Tourism Zone due to the irregular architectural shape, and steel tree columns were used as the main supporting part. The basic parameters of the design were taken as values according to the local geographical conditions, and the value of wind load was corrected with the wind tunnel test. The ANSYS software was used to analyze the overall structure of the structure and analyze the structural stability at the same time, and finally the members were checked by aluminum structural software. The analysis results show that the structure has reliable and safe stress performance.
