大跨度铝合金结构应用与发展综述

[摘要]简要介绍了大跨度铝合金结构的发展历史和应用现状,并以近年来我国建造的典型大跨度铝合金工程项目为例,从结构设计与施工的角度阐明了采用板式节点的单层铝合金网壳体系的特点,指出板式节点单层铝合金网壳设计过程与普通钢网壳类似,可采用高空散装、吊装、滑移等等多种灵活的施工方式。针对工程实践中遇到的问题,结合已颁布的国家标准《铝合金结构设计规范》(GB 50429—2007),分析了目前我国铝合金结构研究的不足之处,提出今后尚需深入开展的工作和研究方向。

Application and development review of large-span aluminum alloy structure

Abstract:The development history and application status of large span aluminum alloy structure were briefly introduced. The characteristics of single-layer aluminum alloy latticed shell system using plate-typed joints were illustrated from the angles of structural design and construction by taking the typical large-span aluminum alloy projects built in China in recent years as examples. The design process of single-layer aluminum alloy latticed shell of plate-typed joints was similar to ordinary steel latticed shell, and many kinds of flexible construction methods could be used such as high altitude bulk lifting, lifting, and sliding and so on. In view of the problems encountered in the engineering practice and the national standard of Code for design of aluminium structures (GB 50429—2007), the shortcomings of the research on aluminum alloy structure in China were indicated, and the further work and research directions in the future were put forward.
