预制装配式风机基础受力特性研究*

[摘要]以金风100m轮毂高度风力发电机锚栓式基础为背景,研究梁板式预制装配式风机基础受力特性,通过ANSYS建模,分析包含基础主体结构混凝土、高强灌浆料、上下锚板及预应力锚栓在内的预制装配式锚栓式风机基础的受力情况。研究表明:预制装配式风机基础现浇部分混凝土收缩变形最大约为0-003m,属于小变形范围;基础主体结构混凝土局部部位最大水平压应力27-1MPa,最大水平拉应力3-44MPa,均超过C40混凝土强度设计值,需进行局部混凝土配筋加强;预应力锚栓所受的最大拉应力为424MPa,小于8-8级锚栓的屈服强度,锚栓结构安全。研究结果可为预制装配式风机基础的设计计算提供参考。

Research on mechanical properties of prefabricated foundation of wind turbine generators

Abstract:Based on the anchor bolt foundation of the wind turbine generators(WTGS) of Goldwind with 100m high hub, the mechanical characteristics of the beam-plate typed prefabricated foundation of the WTGS were studied. Through the ANSYS modeling, the stress conditions of the prefabricated anchor bolt foundation of WTGS were analyzed including the main structure concrete of foundation, high strength grouting material, upper and lower anchor plates and the prestressed anchor bolts. The research shows that the maximum concrete shrinkage deformation is about 0-003m, so the prefabricated WTGS foundation is in small deformation range; the maximum horizontal compressive stress is 27-1MPa and the maximum horizontal tensile stress is 3-44MPa for the local parts of the main structure concrete of the foundation, and the stresses exceed the design value of the C40 concrete strength, so the local concrete reinforcement should be strengthened; the maximum tensile stress of the prestressed anchor bolt is 424MPa, less than the yield strength of the 8-8 degree anchor bolt, and the structure of the anchor bolt is safe. The results can provide reference for the design and calculation of prefabricated WTGS foundation.
