[摘要]为探究直线旋转加转换层的输电桁架塔结构的整体受力性能,对该结构足尺转换层节点进行了有限元分析,模拟4种不利荷载工况作用下结构的受力与变形响应,从而得到结构各构件的受力情况及传力特点。通过ABAQUS软件得到了各种荷载组合工况下旋转塔各杆件的受力性能及特点、杆件与杆件之间的传力关系以及节点构造的合理性,研究了旋转塔的各种受力性能及变形响应,分析了结构的极限承载力。研究表明,输电桁架塔的整体受力性能良好,旋转塔的刚度、强度和稳定性满足要求,达到安全可靠运行的目的。

Study on structural mechanical properties of transmission truss tower with linear rotation and conversion layer

Abstract:To study the overall mechanical properties of structure of transmission truss tower with linear rotation and conversion layer, the finite element analysis was carried out on the full-scale conversion layer joint of the structure to simulate mechanical and deformation responses under 4 kinds of unfavorable load conditions to obtain the characteristics of stress state and force transmission of members. Through the ABAQUS software, the mechanical characteristics of various members of the rotation tower under various load combination conditions, the force transmission relationship between the members, and the rationality of the joint structure were obtained. The various mechanical performances and the deformation responses of the rotation tower were studied, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure was analyzed. The research shows that the overall mechanical performance of the transmission truss tower is good, and the stiffness, strength and stability of the rotation tower meets the requirements to achieve safe and reliable operation.
