聚氨酯玻璃纤维复合材料单管通信塔应用研究

[摘要]利用试验研究复合材料的力学性能及老化性能,结果表明采用三维编制构造形式和纤维缠绕成型技术制作的聚氨酯玻璃纤维复合材料杆塔适合在单管通信塔中使用。对复合材料单管通信塔进行整塔力学性能试验,并与钢材和混凝土材料进行对比,分析3种材料在承载力、位移和经济性上的差别,给出复合材料杆塔适用条件,并对复合材料单管通信塔关键节点处理工艺给出参考意见。通过工程塔检测验证复合材料在单管通信塔中的应用,并给出实际使用中应注意的相关事项。研究成果可供同类工程参考。

Application study of  communication monopole made of polyurethane fiberglass composite material

Abstract:The mechanical properties and aging properties of composite materials were studied by experiments. The results show that the tower made of polyurethane fiberglass composite material by using three-dimensional structure and filament winding technology is suitable for use in  communication monopole. The  communication monopole made of composite material was tested for mechanical performance of the entire tower. Materials of composite material, steel and concrete were compared in aspects of bearing capacity, displacement and economy, and the applicable conditions of the tower made of composite material were given. The references were given for the processing technology of the key nodes of the communication monopole made of composite material. The application of the composite material in the  communication monopole was verified by engineering tower inspection, and related matters that should be noted in practical use were given. The research results can be used for the reference of similar projects.
