太阳辐射下张拉整体高耸结构热学及力学性能研究

[摘要]张拉整体高耸结构是一种新型结构体系,是张拉整体的概念在竖直方向上的应用,尚未有任何功能性结构建成。针对一座功能为电视塔的张拉整体高耸结构,基于ASHRAE晴空辐射模型,模拟了该结构在一天中的非均匀时变温度场分布情况,并计算了结构在该温度场下的力学响应。通过不同的太阳辐射吸收系数取值,研究了索体材料和压杆面漆的选取对于结构热学、力学性能的影响。结果表明,当采用深色压杆面漆时,结构在太阳辐射下索力损失最小。

Thermal and structural behavior study of tensegrity tower structure under solar radiation

Abstract:Tensegrity tower structure is an innovative structural system, reflecting the application of tensegrity in vertical direction. However there isn′t any functional structure built yet. A tensegrity tower structure serving as a TV tower was studied. Based on ASHRAE solar radiation model, the non-uniform and time-varying temperature field on a certain day was simulated, and further the structural responses of the structure were calculated by using time-history analysis. By adopting various values of radiation absorptivity coefficient of cables and struts′ painting, the impacts of cable material and struts′ painting on thermal and structural behavior of the structure was researched. Results show that when adopting struts′ painting of dark color, the structure suffers minimum cable force loss under solar radiation.
