严寒地区村镇配筋砌块砌体结构应用适宜度初探*

[摘要]长期以来村镇建筑缺少系统设计,整体结构抗震性能较差。在我国严寒地区,村镇建筑在设计中还必须考虑节能保温,这对村镇建筑结构设计提出了较高的要求,因此很有必要将结合新型夹心保温技术的配筋砌块砌体结构应用于村镇建筑中。根据严寒地区村镇建设现状,结合全面质量管理的六要素对配筋砌块砌体结构应用于村镇的适宜度进行分析,提出一种严寒地区村镇配筋砌块砌体结构应用适宜度的评价方法,并结合“十二五”科技支撑示范项目(严寒地区村镇建筑材料、结构与节能一体化技术(2013BAJ12B03))给出计算实例,为村镇建筑新结构形式应用适宜度评价提供了新的方法。

Study on application suitability of reinforced concrete block masonry in villages in cold region

Abstract:For a long time, village buildings are lack of systematic design and the seismic performance of overall structure is poor. In China′s cold region, the design of village buildings needs taking account of energy-saving and insulation, which puts forward higher requirements for village buildings. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the reinforced concrete block masonry structures combined with new sandwich insulation technology in village buildings. According to the status of village building construction in cold regions, combining the six elements of total quality management, application suitability of reinforced concrete block masonry in villages in cold region was analyzed, and an evaluation method for application suitability of reinforced masonry block masonry structures in severe cold regions was proposed. Examples of calculations were provided combined with the technical support demonstration project of Integrated technology of building materials, structure and energy saving in villages and towns in severe cold regions (2013BAJ12B03) in “12th Five-Year Plan” of China, to provide new methods for evaluating the application suitability of new structural forms of village and town buildings.
