延迟性钙矾石反应引起的工程事故分析及处理

[摘要]延迟性钙矾石反应多发生在大体积混凝土中或蒸压养护的预制混凝土构件中,发生在一般的民用住宅建筑中非常罕见,因此往往引起误判。通过近年来遇到的一些工程案例,对工程事故的概况进行介绍,描述了工程事故的分析、检测、加固、复检及分析的过程,对发生延迟性钙矾石反应的成因进行分析,并提出了对这种工程事故处理的方法。由于这种工程事故非常罕见,处理效果尚待长期的时间检验。

Analysis and processing of engineering accident caused by delayed ettringite reaction

Abstract:Most of the delayed ettringite reactions occur at the mass concrete or the precast concrete components of autoclaved curing, and are rarely seen at the general civilian residential buildings, so misjudgment is often caused. Through some engineering cases encountered in recent years, the general situation of engineering accidents was introduced, and the process of analysis, detection, reinforcement, reinspection and analysis of engineering accidents was described. The causes of the delayed ettringite reaction were analyzed, and the methods for this engineering accident were put forward. Because this kind of engineering accident is very rare, the treatment effect needs to be inspected for a long time.
