复合墙板与钢框架新型连接方式研究*

[摘要]针对复合墙板与钢框架的连接,设计了一种新型柔性螺栓连接方式,并对原有复合墙板的构造进行截面优化,形成了新的围护结构体系。采用有限元软件ABAQUS对新的围护结构进行了整体分析,并针对焊接连接方式、螺栓柔性连接方式进行了对比试验,获得了柔性螺栓连接单栓、两栓及焊接连接时的承载力和相应位移。理论分析和试验验证的结果表明,柔性螺栓连接在承载力、延性、对主体结构刚度影响等方面均明显优于刚性焊接连接,对钢框架结构的应用与推广具有重要的价值。

Research on new connection of composite wall panel with steel frame

Abstract:A new flexible connection type of bolt was designed for the connection of composite wall panel with steel frame. The cross-section structure of the composite wall panel was optimized to form a new envelope structural system. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to conduct overall analysis on the new envelope structure. Comparative tests of welding connection and bolt connection were conducted to obtain the bearing capacity and corresponding displacement of single bolt flexible connection, two bolts flexible connection and welding connection. Results of theoretical analysis and experimental verification show that the flexible bolt connection has much better performance than welding rigid connection in bearing capacity, ductility and influence on main structure. Flexible bolt connection has important application and promotion value for steel frame structure.
