[摘要]霍邱体育中心体育馆钢结构屋盖为大跨度空间网架结构,采用累积滑移方法拼装,其卸载过程是空间结构由施工状态向设计状态转换的关键环节。结合屋盖支撑卸载过程的施工特点,提出了一种实用的支撑卸载方法,运用有限元法对卸载过程模拟分析,并对卸载过程屋盖结构位移和关键构件的应力进行了实时监测。根据有限元分析和施工过程监测的结果,对该大跨度钢结构屋面卸载过程的安全性和可行性进行了讨论,该卸载方法可为同类型工程提供参考借鉴。

Simulating analysis and monitoring of unloading process of large-span spatial structure

Abstract:The roof of Huoqiu sports center gymnasium is a large-span spatial steel grid structure, which is constructed by cumulative slip method. The unloading process of the roof is the key step in the transformation of spatial structure work from construction phase to design phase. Based on the characteristics of the unloading process of the roof brace, a practical unloading method of the brace was proposed. The finite element method was used to analyze the unloading process. Furthermore, the displacement of the roof structure and the stress of the key joints were monitored in construction process. Then, safety and feasibility of the unloading process of the large-span steel structure were discussed according to the results of the finite element analysis and construction monitoring. The unloading method proposed could be referred by the similar engineering projects.
