正佳极地海洋世界生物馆改造工程结构设计

[摘要]正佳极地海洋世界生物馆项目是在已运营商业建筑中建设海洋馆的特殊改造工程,海洋馆在既有建筑中增加10万kN的荷载,并需切除部分楼层的少量框架柱。结构改造设计中充分考虑了海洋馆的特殊建筑功能及新增重载的要求,采用从整体到构件的加固改造设计思路,为提高结构抗震性能,原有框架结构体系转变为框架-剪力墙结构体系,原桩基础改造成桩-箱基础,并通过结构托换、消能减震等技术的应用确保建筑安全及改造施工不影响商场营业,项目的成功运营为商业综合体的升级改造提供了参考。

Structure design  on a modification project of Zhengjia Grandview Aquarium

Abstract:Zhengjia Grandview Aquarium is a rarely special modification project, which conducts the construction of an aquarium inside an operating commercial building. The aquarium has introduced additional load of 10 thousand tons into the original structure. Besides, a few of frame columns has been cut in several floors. The structural modification design has fully considered the particular architectural function of aquarium and newly added enormous loads. The core modification design idea is integral design first, then component design. For the purpose of improving structural seismic performance, the original structure system has been transformed from previous frame structure system to frames and shearing-force wall structure system. The former pile foundation has been modified to pile-box foundation. In addition,  structural techniques such as  structural underpinning, vibration energy dissipation ect. were used to ensure the safety of the building.Applications of these structural techniques also made sure that the normal operating of commerce were not affected during the modification construction process.  The successful operating of this project can be taken as a reference for the improvement and modification project of commercial complex.
