即墨市城区西部高中科技楼结构分析与设计

[摘要]即墨市城区西部高中科技楼是较为复杂的公共建筑,3层仅保留了四个角部区域,4~6层中间开洞、平面呈回字形,且在4层以下存在部分高度达到16-9m的跃层柱。针对上述设计难点,对结构进行了静力弹塑性推覆分析、动力弹塑性时程分析、超长温度应力分析和大跨位置楼板舒适度分析。通过一系列的分析掌握结构的薄弱部位,并有针对性地对薄弱部位进行有效加强,同时可以判断结构是否满足抗震性能和舒适度的要求,这些分析采用的理论方法及操作过程能够为类似工程提供有效的参考。

Structural analysis and design of west high school technology building in Jimo City

Abstract:West high school technology building in Jimo City is a complex public building. The third layer only retains four corner regions. The middle areas of the 4th to 6th layers are open and the plane is in a zig-zag shape, and there are some skip-floor columns with a height of 16-9m below the 4th layer. For these design difficulties, the static elasto-plastic pushover analysis, the dynamic elasto-plastic time-history analysis, the super-long temperature stress analysis and the comfort analysis of the large-span floor slabs were performed. Through a series of analysis, the weak parts of the structure could be known well and the weak parts could be effectively strengthened. At the same time, whether the structure meet the requirements of seismic performance and comfort was judged. The theoretical methods and operation processes used in these analyses could provide an effective reference for similar projects.
