胶合竹结构的研究与工程应用进展*

[摘要]给出了现代工程竹结构的定义,重点介绍了薄片和厚片两种不同胶合竹的构造及加工制备工艺,并将两种胶合竹材料的抗拉、抗压、抗弯及抗剪等基本力学性能进行对比。基于现有木结构规范和材料性能试验方法,给出了胶合竹材强度特征值及设计值的计算方法。基于胶合竹的力学特性,研究并建造了一系列格鲁斑胶合竹结构示范工程,提出了供工程人员参考的胶合竹结构剪力墙承载力的计算公式。最后通过分析胶合竹材料及结构的应用现状,展望了胶合竹在建筑领域更广泛的应用。

Research and engineering application progress of laminated bamboo structure

Abstract:A general definition of modern engineered bamboo was provided and the configurations and manufacturing processes of two different types of laminated bamboo materials including thin-layer laminated bamboo and thick-layer laminated bamboo were emphatically introduced . The basic mechanical properties, such as tension, compression, bending and shearing strengths were compared. According to the existing timber standards and material performance testing methods, strength characteristic values and design values of laminated bamboo material calculation methods were proposed. A series of  laminated bamboo structures were studied and  constructed  based on mechanical properties of glubam. A formula for calculating the bearing capacity of a bamboo shear wall was proposed for the engineering staff. In the end, the application of laminated bamboo materials and structure was analyzed, and the wider application of laminated bamboo in the construction field was prospected.
