木结构墙体保温性能试验测定及数值模拟分析

[摘要]通过试验测定和数值模拟两种方法研究常用轻型木结构墙体的平均传热系数及其在严寒和寒冷地区各气候分区中节能设计的适用性。针对两种轻型木结构墙体,研究得出未做外保温的墙体1不适用于严寒A区3层以下的建筑,采用了30mm厚的EPS外保温的墙体2适用于严寒和寒冷地区所有层数居住建筑节能设计,两种墙体均可满足北京地区居住建筑75%的节能标准要求。通过数值模拟获得的外墙平均传热系数与实测结果具有较好的一致性,该模拟方法对于其他轻质木结构复合墙体的节能设计具有一定的借鉴意义。

Experimental measurement and numerical simulation on thermal insulation performance of timber structure wall

Abstract:Two methods of experimental measurement and numerical simulation were used to study the average heat transfer coefficient of commonly used light timber structure walls and their applicability in energy conservation design in severe cold and cold regions. According to the two kinds of light timber structure walls, study results show that wall 1 without external insulation does not apply to the buildings with less than 3 stories in severe cold region A, and wall 2 with 30mm thick EPS external insulation can apply to the energy conservation design in buildings with all stories in severe cold and cold regions. These two kinds of walls could meet the 75% requirements of residential building energy efficiency standards of Beijing. The mean heat transfer coefficient for external wall obtained by numerical simulation was in good agreement with the measured results. The simulation method had a certain reference significance for other light timber composite wall energy conservation design.
