重组竹和钢板加固胶合木梁柱节点抗侧性能研究*

[摘要]针对胶合木梁柱钢填板螺栓节点转动时螺栓挤压孔壁易引起木材劈裂这一问题,研究了内贴重组竹板和外包钢板的加固方法。对未加固对比试件和3个加固试件进行了单调加载试验,分析了4个试件的弹塑性刚度、屈服荷载、极限承载力及变形能力。试验发现,未加固对比试件U-M发生典型的螺栓截面处木材劈裂破坏,裂缝扩展变宽导致承载力丧失,而采用内贴重组竹板和外包钢板加固后,胶合木梁柱钢填板螺栓节点的抗劈裂性能明显改善;加固试件B-M,S1-M,S2-M与未加固对比试件U-M相比,最大弯矩分别提高了75-4%,70-4%,117-5%,最大弯矩对应的转角分别提高了73-3%,182-7%,348-1%。

Study on the lateral behavior of glulam beam-to-column connections strengthened with bamboo scrimber and steel plates

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of wood splitting caused by the bolt extrusion hole when the bolted connections with slotted-in steel plates of glulam beam-to-column connections were rotated, the reinforcing methods of the inner rebonded bamboo scrimber and the outer encased steel plates were studied. Monotonic loading tests were carried out on the unreinforced comparative specimen and the three reinforced specimens. The elasto-plastic stiffness, yield load, ultimate bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the four specimens were analyzed. The results of the test show that typical unreinforced comparative specimens U-M suffer from wood splitting failure at the bolt section, and the cracks widen to cause a loss of bearing capacity. After being reinforced with the inner rebonded bamboo scrimber and the outer encased steel plates, the anti-cracking performance of bolted connections with slotted-in steel plates of glulam beam-to-column connections is significantly improved; compared to the unreinforced comparative specimen U-M,the maximum bending moments of the reinforced specimens B-M, S1-M, S2-M are increased by 75-4%, 70-4% and 117-5% respectively,  and  rotating angles corresponding to the maximum bending moment are increased by 73-3%, 182-7% and 348-1% respectively.
