基于建筑机器人的木结构建筑小批量定制化生产模式探索*

[摘要]小批量定制化的现代木结构建筑在我国具有广阔的应用前景,建筑机器人等新兴建造技术的发展有望使小批量定制生产成为当前木结构建筑建造的有效模式。通过四川崇州道明竹里和江苏省园艺博览会木结构主题馆两个实践案例,对木结构建筑的小批量定制化生产与建筑机器人建造工艺进行了初步探索。竹里项目通过参数化设计技术与工厂定制生产的结合,成功将小批量定制化生产模式应用于乡村建筑建设,江苏省园艺博览会木结构主题馆项目则利用建筑机器人木构建造工艺,验证了小批量定制化模式在大跨度公共建筑建设中的应用潜力。随着我国对现代木结构建筑的大力推广,木结构建筑的小批量定制化生产将个性化需求、定制化设计与建筑机器人建造工艺进行全流程信息整合,有望为现代木结构建筑带来全新的实践模式。

Exploration of small-batch customization production mode of timber architecture based architectural robot

Abstract:Small-batch customization production of timber architecture has broad application prospects in China. The development of emerging construction technologies such as architectural robot is expected to make small-batch customization production to be an effective model for the current construction of timber architecture. A preliminary exploration was conducted on small-batch customization production and architectural robot timber construction through two practical cases of Zhuli Project in Daoming Town, Chongzhou City, Sichuan Province and Timber Structure Enterprise Pavilion of Horticultural Expo in Jiangsu Province. Zhuli Project successfully applies the small-batch customization production model to the construction of rural buildings through the combination of parametric design technology and factory-customized production. The Timber Structure Enterprise Pavilion of Horticultural Expo in Jiangsu Province utilizes architectural robot timber construction technology to verify the application potential of the small-batch customization production model in the construction of large-span public buildings. With China's vigorous promotion of modern timber structure construction, the small-batch customization production of timber structure architecture will integrate the individual requirements, customized design and robot construction process to realize the full process information integration, which is expected to bring new practice to modern timber structure construction.
