复杂空间管桁架结构现场拼装及吊装施工技术

[摘要]阐述了贵阳奥体中心主体育场管桁架的现场拼装及吊装施工的实施,主要介绍了处于复杂地形上的拼装施工技术组织措施。由于桁架形式的复杂多样和设计要求的精度较高,导致拼装及吊装就位控制工作难度较大。针对以上情况,就拼装及吊装施工的部署、施工措施选用、拼装质量控制及吊装施工的控制措施进行具体阐述。

Construction technology for on-site assembling of complicated spatial pipe truss structure

Abstract:The tube-truss on-site assembling and hoisting of the main stadium in Guiyang Olympic Sports Center was expounded. The main problems were the influence of the construction site on the assembly construction, as well as the various styles of the truss and the high-precision requirment of the design that result in the difficulty in the assemble works. According to the conditions above, the arrangement of the assembly construction, the construction principle and the precision control measure in the assembly construction were described.
