原木-胶合木-轻型木混合结构设计研究

[摘要]原木、胶合木、轻型木结构剪力墙均是木结构建筑中常用的建筑材料(构件),但罕有三者同时使用的案例。在本项目中,为获得良好的视觉观感效果和使用功能,将三者混合使用,并针对三者各自的特点,采用原木梁柱构成平面框架,并沿建筑纵向布置,形成环向刚度;采用胶合木作为梁和檩条,并与原木框架垂直布置,形成横向刚度;轻型木结构剪力墙提供平面内抗侧刚度,并作为檩条的中间支承。对于要求承受弯矩的原木梁柱框架,设计了双钢插板的柱脚节点和榫卯-钢拉板梁柱节点,实现了节点的抗弯刚度要求。

Design of a hybrid timber structure composed of log\|glulam\|light timber shear walls

Abstract:Log, glulam and light timber shear walls are commonly used construction materials for post-and-beam timber buildings, but there are rare cases that three materials are used at the same time. In this project, the three materials are mixed to use in order to get a good visual perception effect and use function. Considering each of the three features, the log beams and columns form a planar frame arranged along the longitudinal direction of the building to form circumferential stiffness; glulam is used as beams and purlins to arrange in vertical direction to log frame, forming the lateral stiffness; light timber shear wall provides  lateral stiffness in plane, and acts as a middle supporting purlin. For the log beam column frame under the bending moment, column base joints with double-embedded steel plate were designed as well as beam-column joints with tenon and steel tension plates, to realize the bending stiffness requirement of the joint.
