[摘要]景德镇地区传统木结构房屋具有较强的地方特色,木结构构造以穿斗式为主,局部有抬梁式特点,兼具穿斗式构架整体性好与抬梁式构架空间大的优点。现存木结构房屋建造年代较久远,存在木构件腐朽开裂、构架倾斜及节点松散等诸多问题,严重影响到房屋的安全及抗震能力。通过对景德镇市珠山区200多处木结构房屋的实地调查,总结了当地木结构的构造特点及典型损坏现状,在此基础上对现状下木结构的抗震能力进行了分析,并提出了针对性的加固处理建议,以期对保护当地传统木结构房屋、减轻房屋震害发挥有益作用。

Seismic capacity analysis on timber structure buildings in Jingdezhen

Abstract:The traditional timber structure house in Jingdezhen has strong local characteristics, combines the construction advantages between the good integrity of Chuandou type frame and the large space of Tailiang type frame, which construction is mainly Chuandou type and partially Tailiang type. The existing timber houses was built over long years, exists lots of problem such as components decayed, cracked, frame inclined and joint loosen, which seriously influences safety and seismic capacity of houses. The construction characteristics and typical damages of local timber structures through researching 200 timber houses in Jingdezhen Zhushan District were summarised. Then the seismic capacity of timber structure in present situation was analyzed and the pertinence strengthening advice was proposed in order that it plays the beneficial role in the protection of local traditional timber structure houses and reducing damages to buildings.
