[摘要]通过对岩溶地区某高层住宅塔楼基础方案的比选,论述了静压PHC管桩在岩溶地区CM复合地基的适用性,验证了在岩土面较平整的岩溶地区,静压PHC管桩复合地基具有较好的经济性和环保性。同时,提出桩底溶洞注浆加固的方案。依据规范对CM复合地基的承载力和沉降进行了计算。计算结果表明,CM复合地基承载力与沉降满足规范要求。在此基础上,开展现场载荷试验并采用软件YJK对CM复合地基进行三维有限元分析。现场试验和有限元分析验证了静压PHC管桩复合地基设计的合理性,保证了基础设计的安全性。

Application analysis of static pressure PHC pipe pile in composite foundation in karst district

Abstract:Based on the comparison and selection of the foundation scheme of a high-rise building in karst area, the adaptability of static pressure PHC pipe pile used in the composite foundation in karst area was discussed. The composite foundation with static pressure PHC pipe pile was proved to be economic and environment protection in a relatively flat karst area. At the same time, the scheme of karst cave grouting reinforcement at the bottom of the pile was put forward. According to the code, the bearing capacity and settlement of the CM composite foundation were calculated. The results show that the bearing capacity and settlement of the CM composite foundation can meet the code requirements. And on this basis, the in-situ plate load test and YJK software were used to analyze the CM composite foundation using three-dimensional finite element method. The test results and finite element analysis verify the rationality of the composite foundation design with static pressure PHC pipe pile, and ensure the safety of the foundation design.
