[摘要]金桥现代产业服务园(Ⅱ期)A区办公楼结构高度70m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,是由两个双塔组成的高位连体高层结构,连接体跨度长35m,宽15-5m,分布于8~15层。采用MIDAS Gen以及SATWE分别对结构进行小震弹性分析和中震、大震下的弹塑性分析。对比结构各单塔及整体的受力性能,明确结构连接体对结构受力性能的影响。计算结果表明,结构能够达到各水准下的受力性能要求,满足抗震性能设计目标。

Analysis of a frame shear double-tower connected structure in Shanghai

Abstract:The office building in A district of Jinqiao Industrial Service Park(Ⅱ) was designed in the height of 70 meters with a frame-shear wall structural system. It is a two-tower-connected hybrid structure, where the suspended structure in between is 35m long, 15-5m wide. This suspended structure is built from the 8th floor to 15th floor. During the project, the structure was analyzed by software MIDAS Gen and SATWE. An elastic analysis of the structure under frequent earthquakes, and elasto-plastic analyses under fortification and rare earthquakes were carried out for structural performances in different degrees of earthquake. By comparing the mechanical behaviors between two individual towers and the connected hybrid structure, the influence of structural connector on the mechanical behavior of the structure was clarified. The analysis results show that the structure can meet all the standard requests of mechanical performance in building codes while satisfying the requirements of seismic performance.
