贵阳奥体中心主体育场预应力施工技术研究

[摘要]详细介绍了贵阳奥体中心主体育场整套预应力施工技术。采取在拉索两端拉一根钢丝绳,由一端向另一端滑移的方法完成拉索安装;采取对称分级的张拉方法,总体上分为3级张拉完成,第1级张拉完成后拆除支撑,而后进行第2和第3级预应力张拉。实践证明,方案技术上合理,降低了施工成本。使用有限元计算软件MIDAS,对预应力施工过程进行了详细的仿真计算分析,计算结果表明,张拉过程中拉索索力相互影响比较小,卸载完成后,结构竖向位移变化较大,张拉完成后,结构竖向位移最大变化为63mm,说明预应力施加对结构竖向变形起到一定控制作用。设计了详细的施工和安全监测方案,监测数据表明索力、结构竖向位移、构件内力与仿真计算分析的偏差都在一个较合理的范围之内,以索力控制为主控参数,竖向位移为第2控制参数,并综合考虑构件内力,确认施工张拉已经达到设计及相关验收标准要求。

Study on prestressing construction technology of the main stadium in Guiyang Olympic Sports Center

Abstract:The prestressing construction technology of the main stadium in Guiyang Olympic Sports Center was introduced. The cables were installed by the steel wire which was from one end to the other end of the cable. Adopting symmetrical classification method, the cables were tensioned in three steps. The support was moved after the first step was finished. Then the second and third steps were carried out. Practice has proved that the technology is reasonable and the cost of construction is reduced. Using MIDAS software, the simulation analysis of prestressing  construction process was carried out. It shows from the result that the cable force is little affecting each other in course of tension. After the support is moved, the vertical displacement is very big. And the change of vertical displacement is about 63mm after the prestressing is finished. It shows that the prestressing plays a certain role in vertical deformation control. The monitoring plan of construction and security was finished. The monitor data show that the cable force, displacement and steel stress are all in reasonable range.With the cable tension as the main control parameter and the vertical displacement as the second control parameter and the stress of steel being taken into account simultaneously, the cable tensioning has reached the design and criteria requirement.
