[摘要]以位于地震高烈度区某一小学综合楼隔震设计为工程实例,讨论了基础隔震设计的几个关键环节,对隔震结构与非隔震结构在各地震工况下的地震反应进行对比分析。结果表明,采用基础隔震能显著延长主体结构的周期,减小上部结构所受的地震作用,上部结构可根据减震系数按规范进行降度抗震设计。初步分析了教育建筑采取隔震设计的经济性和社会效益,对设计方在施工过程中保证隔震建筑质量的监管作用给出了合理建议。

Practical application of seismic isolation technology in educational building design

Abstract:The seismic isolation of a primary school complex building, which is located in a region of high seismic intensity, was taken as an engineering example. Several key links of base isolation design were discussed, and the seismic responses of the isolated structure and the non-isolated structure under different earthquake conditions were compared and analyzed. The results show that using the base isolation can significantly prolong the period of the main structure and reduce the seismic effect on the superstructure. The seismic design can be conducted to reduce seismic intensity effect on superstructure according to the damping coefficient of the code. The economic and social benefits of isolation design for educational buildings were analyzed preliminarily, and reasonable suggestions were given for the regulatory role of designers in ensuring the quality of isolated buildings during construction.
