基于测控一体的缓粘结低回缩预应力短索体系研究

[摘要]简要介绍了箱梁桥腹板斜裂缝问题和近年来快速发展的缓粘结预应力技术,并从缓粘结预应力的技术特点出发论述了将缓粘结低回缩预应力短索应用于箱梁桥腹板的优势。从有效预应力计算的角度,比较了现有精轧螺纹钢体系和基于测控一体的缓粘结低回缩预应力短索体系的差别,给出了基于测控一体的缓粘结低回缩预应力短索体系的张拉方法。

Research on retard-bonded low-retraction prestressed short tendons system based on integrated measurement and control technology

Abstract:The problem of oblique cracks in webs of box girder bridge and the development of retard-bonded prestressed technique in recent years were briefly introduced. The advantages of applying the retard-bonded low-retraction prestressed short tendons to the webs of box girder bridge were discussed from the technical characteristics. From the point of view of effective prestressing calculation, the difference between the finished deformed steel bar system and the retard-bonded low-retraction prestressed short tendons system based on integrated measurement and control technology were compared. The tensioning method of the retard-bonded low-retraction prestressed short tendon system based on integrated measurement and control technology was provided.
