基于智能张拉系统的吊杆测控一体化施工技术*

[摘要]主要介绍了一种基于智能张拉系统的吊杆测控一体化施工技术,利用该技术可以排除刚度和边界条件等的干扰,快速有效地检测张拉锚固后锚下有效索力,进而控制吊杆施工质量,提高桥梁成桥质量。该施工技术已在国内某下承式系杆拱桥的施工中得到了应用,并取得了良好的效果。

Construction technology of measurement and control of tied arch bridge based on intelligent tensioning devices

Abstract:A kind of construction technology of measurement and control of tied arch bridge based on intelligent tensioning devices was mainly introduced, which can test the force under anchor plate effectively without the effect of stiffness and boundary conditions. While the construction quality of the cable was controlled and the bridge quality was improved. The construction technique has been applied in the construction of a through tied arch bridge in China and has achieved good results.
