预应力管幕工艺及设计方法初探*

摘 要

[摘要]为降低对城市地面道路、管线、建(构)筑物的影响,管幕工艺逐渐成为在复杂环境下修筑地下结构的首选,通过40余年的工程实践,形成了不同的施工方法。其中的预应力管幕(PCR)工法通过对管幕纵向及环向施加预应力,达到减小构件尺寸、提高整体刚度、方便施工等效果。就PCR工法的主要结构形式、适用范围、特点、施工方式、未来发展等方面做简单综述。

Study on technology and design method of prestressed concrete roof

Abstract:In order to reduce the influence on the roads, pipelines and buildings, the tubular roof method has gradually become the first choice of the construction of underground structure in complex environment nowadays. After more than 40 years practice in engineering, there are various construction methods. The prestressed tubular roof(PCR) method exerts prestress to the tubular roof  in the longitudinal and annular directions to minimize component size, improve overall stiffness and create convenient construction. A brief review was conducted  for PCR method on the main structural form, scope of application, characteristic, construction method and the future development.
