国家会展中心泵送混凝土收缩徐变及其效应分析*

摘 要

[摘要]以国家会展中心为背景,对其工程用泵送混凝土进行了恒温恒湿条件下的收缩徐变试验,运用MIDAS/Gen软件对其进行了施工过程分析,考察收缩徐变对其大跨预应力梁长期挠度的影响,并和实测结果进行了比较。结果表明:国内外常用收缩徐变模型均低估了本试验泵送混凝土的收缩徐变;根据试验数据修正得到的预测模型大幅提高了其预测精度;要正确分析收缩徐变对混凝土结构的影响,选择合适的收缩徐变模型非常重要,在设计和分析时要合理选择,有条件时可采用实测数据来进行修正。

Analysis on shrinkage and creep effects of pumping concrete of National Exhibition and Convention Center

Abstract:An experimental study on the shrinkage and creep effects of pumping concrete used in National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC)  was carried out under the condition of constant temperature and humidity. The construction process analysis was conducted on NECC using MIDAS/Gen software to investigate effects of shrinkage and creep on long-term deflection of large-span prestressed beam, and results were compared with field measurements.The results show that commonly used models at home and abroad underestimate the shrinkage and creep compliance of pumming concrete in this experiment. The prediction accuracy of prediction model can be greatly improved based on experimental data correction. To correctly analyze the influence of shrinkage and creep on concrete structure, it is very important to choose the proper model of shrinkage and creep, and field measurement data can be reasonably chosen in design and analysis for correction.
