缓粘结部分预应力混凝土梁静载试验研究*

[摘要]缓粘结预应力技术是在有粘结预应力技术和无粘结预应力技术之后发展起来的一种新的预应力技术。为了掌握缓粘结预应力混凝土梁的受力性能,对3根缓粘结部分预应力混凝土梁进行了静载试验,并与1根有粘结部分预应力混凝土梁进行对比,试验过程中详细记录了试验梁混凝土应变、非预应力筋应变、缓粘结预应力筋应力增长、挠度以及裂缝开展情况,分析了预应力强度比、普通钢筋配筋率的影响,将有粘结和缓粘结部分预应力混凝土梁进行了对比。试验结果表明,缓粘结部分预应力混凝土梁的受力性能与有粘结部分预应力混凝土梁相近,甚至略优于后者。

Static load test study on partially prestressed retard-bonded concrete beams

Abstract:Prestressed retard-bonded concrete is a new type of prestressed technique developed after the bonded prestressed technique and the unbond-prestressed technique. In order to master the mechanical performance of prestressed retard-bonded concrete beams, static load tests were conducted on three partially prestressed retard-bonded concrete beams, compared with one partially prestressed bonded prestressed concrete beams. The strain of concrete, the strain of non-prestressed tendons, the stress growth of prestressed retard-bonded tendons, the deflection and the development of cracks during the test were recorded in detail. The influences of degree of prestressing and ratio of normal steel rebar were analyzed. Partially prestressed bonded concrete beams were compared with partially prestressed retard-bonded concrete beams. Experimental results show that the mechanical behavior of partially prestressed retard-bonded concrete beams is similar to that of partially prestressed bonded concrete beams, and even slightly better than the latter.
