模块化预应力预制混凝土楼板承载力试验及分析*

[摘要]模块化预应力预制混凝土楼板是由预制成型的若干块带空腔的混凝土标准单元板通过预应力钢筋串联而成,有标准化程度高、安装方便、自重轻、抗弯刚度大及承载力高等优势,具有很好的应用前景。以跨度为6 160mm的模块化预应力预制混凝土楼板为对象,通过竖向静载试验和有限元模拟研究楼板的受力性能、破坏形式和极限承载力。结果表明:当试验荷载达到标准值时,楼板的挠度最大值和中央两标准单元板接触面下端缝隙宽度均满足正常使用极限状态下楼板的刚度和裂缝要求;楼板的极限承载力为16-99kN/m2,完全能满足一般建筑对楼板承载力的要求;楼板的破坏形式为中央折断,中央两标准单元板接触面上端混凝土被压碎,下层预应力钢筋屈服。

Experimental investigation and analysis of modular prestressed precast concrete slab

Abstract:Modular prestressed precast concrete slab is composed of several prefabricated concrete standard blocks with holes connected by prestressed steel bars. This concrete slab has the advantages of high degree of standardization, easy installation, light weight, high bending rigidity and high bearing capacity, and it has a good application prospect. Taking this new modular prestressed precast concrete slab with span of 6 160mm as an object, vertical static loading test and finite element simulation research were conducted to investigate the mechanical properties, failure modes and ultimate bearing capacity of the  slab. The main conclusions are as follows: when the testing load reach to the standard value, the maximum deflection of the slab specimen and the gap width at the bottom of the contact surface between the central two standard blocks satisfy the stiffness and crack requirements of the floor slab under the normal limit state; The ultimate bearing capacity of the slab is 16-99kN/m2, which can completely satisfy the requirement of the general building for the bearing capacity of the floor slab; The failure modes of the slab specimen feature the central fracture, and concrete at top of the contact surface of the central two standard blocks is crushed, and prestressed bars of bottom layer yield.
