装配式建筑中预制混凝土管柱的研究与展望*

摘 要

[摘要]回顾了预制混凝土管柱的研究历程,根据受力时工作机理的不同,将预制混凝土管柱分为预制混凝土空心管柱和预制混凝土组合管柱。对国内外有关预制混凝土管柱基本受力性能、抗震性能和相关节点及体系的研究现状和最新进展进行了综述和分析。结合目前预制混凝土管柱研究与应用中尚存在的问题,对今后研究重点和发展趋势做了展望,并指出基于预制混凝土管柱的特点和优势,研发各种新型装配式结构体系对促进我国装配式建筑体系的发展具有重要意义。

Research and prospect of precast concrete tubular column in prefabricated buildings

Abstract:The research process of precast concrete tubular columns was reviewed, and it can be divided into two major categories according to the differences in working mechanism under loads: hollow precast concrete tubular column and concrete-filled precast concrete tubular column. The present status and progress of domestic and foreign research on the basic mechanical characteristics, seismic behavior, connections and systems of precast concrete tubular columns were summarized and analyzed. Combined with the existing problems in the research and application of precast concrete  tubular columns, the future research focus and development trend were prospected. It is pointed out that it is of great importance to research and develop all kinds of new precast structural systems to promote the development of all types of prefabricated building system based on the characteristics and advantages of precast concrete  tubular column in China.
