预制混凝土构件钢筋螺旋插筋连接试验研究

[摘要]为研究具有自主知识产权的钢筋螺旋插筋连接技术性能,设计制作了48个试件,进行了单向拉伸试验。根据试验结果,总结了各试件的破坏模式和各因素的影响规律,得到了钢筋极限浆锚长度试验值,并通过理论分析建立了钢筋极限浆锚长度计算公式。根据试验数据和理论计算结果,建议钢筋螺旋插筋连接技术工程应用的钢筋浆锚长度取15d。试验和理论研究结果表明,钢筋螺旋插筋连接性能良好、构造简单、成本低廉,适用于预制构件纵向钢筋的连接,具有很好的推广价值。

Experimental study on connection of spiral joint bar with reinforced bar in precast concrete members

Abstract:In order to study the independent intellectual property right of technical performance of connection of spiral joint bar with reinforced bar, 48 specimens were designed and tested under uniaxial tension. According to the test results, the failure modes of various specimens and the influence law of various factors were summarized. The experimental data of the ultimate grouted anchor length of the reinforced bar were obtained, and the relevant formula for calculating the ultimate grouted length was established by theoretical analysis. According to the experimental data and the theoretical calculation results, it was suggested that the length of the grouted anchor applied to engineering of connection of spiral joint bar with reinforced bar was 15d. The results of test and theoretical research show that the technical performance of connection of spiral joint bar with reinforced bar is good  with simple structure and low cost. It is suitable for the connection of longitudinal reinforced bar of prefabricated components, and has good popularization value.
