灌浆缺陷对钢筋套筒灌浆连接接头强度影响的试验研究*

[摘要]钢筋套筒灌浆连接是装配整体式混凝土结构的核心,对结构整体性能至关重要。针对适应14,20,25mm三种直径的钢筋套筒灌浆连接接头GTZQ4-14,GTZQ4-20,GTZQ4-25,通过在套筒内下段钢筋锚固段底部设置灌浆缺陷,研究了不同大小的缺陷对接头对中单向拉伸强度的影响。研究结果表明,对于常用型号灌浆套筒,当套筒端头灌浆缺陷长度不超过套筒内一侧钢筋锚固长度(8d)的30%时,其接头的对中单向拉伸强度仍能符合要求。研究结果可为套筒灌浆质量检测评估和后续整治提供依据。

Experimental study on influence of grouting defect on joint strength of grout sleeve splicing of rebars

Abstract:Grout sleeve splicing of rebars is the core of monolithic precast concrete structure, which is quite important to the integrated performance of structure. For rebars′ grout sleeve splicing joints of GTZQ4-14, GTZQ4-20 and GTZQ4-25 which adapt to three kinds of rebar diameter of 14mm, 20mm and 25mm, the grouting defects were set at the bottom of anchor segment of the lower rebar in the sleeve, and the influences of different size of defects on the centered uniaxial tensile strength of joint were studied. Results indicate that for common type of grout sleeves, when the grouting defect length is not more than 30% of the any side rebar anchor length (8d) in the sleeve, the centered uniaxial tensile strength of joint still meets the standard requirement. The research achievement can be used to evaluate the testing result of sleeve grouting quality, and further provides the basis for whether or not the grouting defect need to be treated.
