预制混凝土构件搁置节点的设计方法*

[摘要]预制混凝土构件的搁置节点可分为刚性和柔性两大类。对于刚性搁置节点,需验算预制构件及支承构件的混凝土局部受压承载力,而对于柔性搁置节点,尚需对垫板的性能进行验算。在对中外相关资料进行总结的基础上,结合中国工程应用特点,研究了搁置节点的局部受压承载力、预埋钢板和橡胶垫板性能、最小搁置长度、防护措施等关键问题,系统提出了预制混凝土构件搁置节点的设计方法,并通过算例加以说明。

Design method for bearing connection of precast concrete member

Abstract:Bearing connections of precast concrete member can be divided into rigid bearing and soft bearing. For rigid bearing connection, local compression bearing capacity of precast member and bearing member needs to be checked. For soft bearing connection, the performance of bearing pad is another aspect to be checked. Based on summarizing relevant codes in China and foreign countries, and combining the application characteristics of Chinese engineering, some key problems were studied such as local compression bearing capacity of bearing connection, the performance of embedded steel plate and the rubber bearing pad, the minimum shelving length and protective measures, and design method for bearing connection was promoted systematically, which was illustrated by an example.
