大跨度装配整体式H型钢空间钢网格楼盖结构设计*

[摘要]介绍了一种新型空间楼盖结构,该楼盖的上、下层为H型钢肋,中间由方形钢管剪力键连接,上、下层型钢肋与剪力键组成空间钢网格,钢网格结构顶面现浇钢筋混凝土楼板。空间钢网格可灵活划分成拼装单元,拼装单元在工厂预制,现场组装。以某实际工程为例,介绍了楼盖的设计方法和关键节点的构造措施,并对楼盖的静力学特性进行了分析。这种新型空间楼盖受力合理,结构安全可靠,可以为相关工程设计提供参考。

Structural design of large-span monolithic precast H-shape steel spatial grid plate

Abstract:A new type of spatial floor structure was introduced. The spatial steel grid structure was made up of top layer and lower layers of H-shaped steel ribs connected by steel square tubular shear keys. The steel ribs and shear keys formed spatial steel grid. There was cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slab on top surface of steel grid structure. The spatial steel grid could be divided into assembled units flexibly to prefabricate in the factories and assemble on site. A practical project was taken as an example. The  design method of floor  and construction techniques of key joints were introduced and the statics characteristics of the floor were analyzed. The new type of spatial floor was under reasonable stress, and the structure was reliable and safe, which could provide reference for related engineering design.
